Our facilities operate on a 24 hour basis. Our specialty is the rebuilding and updating of truck beds and auxiliary equipment for mining, farming, etc. Refurbishing equipment means that owners are able to delay expensive equipment replacement costs by extending the life and performance of their trucks and other rolling stock. In addition, refurbishing provides the opportunity to upgrade in order to meet constantly changing government standards (eg. safety).
Truck beds and other equipment such as containers, hydraulic hoses & pumps, electrical motors, generators, bins, etc. can be refurbished or modified. Rusted out or damaged parts of a truck bed or box can be repaired and powder coated. Fabrication of an entire truck bed is possible and the unit can be powder coated in our large oven for a high quality finished product.
We offer an additional finish (Vortex) that can be applied to stairs/steps to minimize slipping. The Vortex process is also applied to pickup truck beds and trailers.
