Typical of any full metal shop, Gem Welding has an array of welding facilities and have Robotic cells available to meet customer's requirements.
From the original specifications through to the final assembly and finishing process, we have the capacity to bring the product to a market level. We are able to make special "jigs" to enhance the process and assure the quality expected by the customer. Our Shop has available :

Our in house process can take a project from Design through to a finished painted product. Assembly of parts is handled in the 24 hour production facility, with the focus on  meeting customer deadlines. Customized packaging and shipping is handled by our warehouse facility.
